I Make Superb French Fries

Ever since I was young, I've loved to cook. Perhaps it's inherited, as several of my relatives have been professional cooks at one time or another. I'm the BBQ pit master at home, as well as the resident french fry expert. In fact, on my family's recent trip around the world (see the RTW tab), we were able to visit the fabulous Pomme Frites, a hole-in-the-wall restaurant in the Village in New York City that specializes in French fries (or Belgian fries, as both they and the French call them).

As a note, we also learned that in Nepal, French fries are called "finger chips." Either way, I love making my French fries and I love sharing them with the people around me.
